Sometimes I feel like a HOT MESS! I’m a wife, mom, board-certified genetic counselor, mindset coach, and yoga teacher. Like most busy women, I have a never-ending to-do list and I prioritize others’ needs over my own. I’m not Super Woman. I get overwhelmed by overwhelm. But, I’ve learned to draw on my superpowers of patience, empathy, and laughter (and often a glass of wine too) to get through my rough days. And I love helping others learn to do the same so they feel more fun, free, and fearless too!
Being an adult is hard!
In today’s world you wear lots of hats. You’re a mom, wife, friend, employee, boss, student, teacher…. and each role comes with a lot of responsibilities.
The daily stresses are piling up. You’re overloaded but feel guilty asking for help. You’re exhausted but you stay up late to try to get “just a few more things” done before going to bed. You’re so busy trying to make everyone happy but, inside, you’re barely holding it together.

I help my clients learn to lose the guilt of not being able to “do it all” and make more time to care for themselves. I help them identify simple strategies to balance the chaos of life with the calm, so they have the energy to enjoy what’s most important to them.
