You love your family but, honestly, you’d love to have more alone time. But, even after the kids are in bed, you are cleaning up and trying to “get a few more things done” before you fall into bed, much later than you had planned and completely spent. Only to get up and do it again tomorrow.

And it’s not just exhaustion. Your body is stiff but you haven’t been very consistent with your exercise routine. You’ve noticed that you’re more short-tempered, less focused, and more disengaged too. You look at your to-do list and you just want to cry. Is this what burnout feels like?

I’m the Mary Poppins for busy, exhausted women who, like you, want to reconnect with the elements of fun in their lives! They want to let go of the guilt, overwhelm, and exhaustion and start feeling more calm, joyful, and in-control of their lives.

Together, we will find small, simple ways to get you through the difficult days! You’ll reclaim your sense of stability and fun even if the chaos continues around you. Adding more elements of fun will help make life feel like a game you want to be playing again.

With FIND THE FUN, you will

  • Identify and prioritize the balls you juggle so you feel more in control of your to-do lists.
  • Experiment with simple, fun tools & strategies for creating good habits and a self-care routine so you can get through the inevitable bad moments with calm and patience.
  • Begin to dissect the negative messages you’ve been telling yourself and replace them with words and actions that are supportive and nurturing. (This is what you do for everyone else every day, right? Now you will learn how to do it for YOU! Imagine how it will feel to no longer being your own worst enemy!)
  • Get personal support and accountability to keep you focused and on track. You’ll do the work for yourself but you won’t be by yourself.

This program includes:

1. FIND THE FUN QUESTIONNAIRE

Prior to our session, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire about your daily responsibilities and roles and how they make you feel. This will help us tune in to your specific concerns and needs so we can make the absolute most of our time together. And, since writing it down will get it out of your head, you may even find yourself feeling more focused and ready to take action!

2. FIND THE FUN INTENSIVE

In this 90 minute session, you’ll get unconditional encouragement as you start uncovering the thoughts and behaviors that have been feeding your inner critic and making life feel harder than it needs to be. We’ll identify small, simple mindset changes that you can make to decrease your stress levels during the chaotic moments of your day. And we’ll start to develop a Personalized Action Plan that is filled with stress-busting and joy-boosting actions for your mind and body. With this plan, you will be on your way to creating consistent self-care habits without feeling guilty so you can feel calmer, have more energy, and enjoy your life again.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY & RESOURCES:

Over the next few weeks, as you start putting your action plan into place, I will help you to stay on track and motivated. I don’t provide a cookie-cutter approach. You will get my attention, encouragement, and even additional resources that are tailored to your needs.

4. FUN TIMES FOLLOW-UP CALL:

Three to four weeks after your FIND THE FUN intensive session, we’ll get together for a 30-minute follow-up session to see where you’re at. During this session, we’ll celebrate the changes you’ve made and make any needed adjustments to your Action Plan.

Life is, and always will be, a rollercoaster. It’s unpredictable. But with support and making small and consistent changes to your routines and mindset, you can learn to overcome the overwhelm and enjoy the ride.

Once you book your session and make your payment, check your email for your FIND THE FUN Questionnaire. Fill it out and submit it at least 24 hours before our first session.
