In 2017, I started hosting webinars around topics of self-care. The goals of these webinars are to help participants begin to:

  • Identify and prioritize the balls you juggle so you feel more in control of your to-do lists.
  • Identify fun and easy ways to reduce stress and overwhelm.
  • Quiet the negative inner voices and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
  • Experiment with self-care strategies to help you create good and sustainable habits.

While I’d love for everyone to join live, I understand that time difference and life constraints may make it difficult for you to be there at the time that I choose. So, each webinar will be recorded and the replay will be available.
