I am a certified yoga teacher for women who juggle so much during their day that practicing yoga gets pushed down to the bottom of their to-do lists. They have specific goals in mind – such as increasing flexibility and strength, reducing stress, or healing from and preventing injury – but they don’t know how to design a yoga routine that fits their needs and individual personalities let alone one that fits their schedules. I help make yoga simple and fun so that they stop making excuses to get onto their mats and start feeling more energetic, balanced, and healthy.

Through my For You Yoga video package, you will:
- Learn which yoga postures target your “trouble spots” so you can achieve your specific goals such as losing weight, gaining flexibility and strengthening muscles, reducing stress, or staying fit during pregnancy or postnatally.
- Practice these yoga postures and ask all your questions so that you feel confident when you are on your mat.
- Listen to your body so you can adapt these postures based on how your body feels on a given day.
- Get personalized, one-on-one guidance that will help keep you feeling motivated and supported.
Here’s how this package will help you get on to your mat:
For You Goal-setting Call: We’ll schedule a 30-minute call to talk about your general health, your physical fitness experience, and any specific goals that you are trying to achieve with yoga. Some example goals from past clients include: weight loss, strength & toning, increased flexibility, reduced stress, and prenatal fitness. You get to choose what you need! At the end of this call, we will develop a personalized plan for 2 yoga videos (usually one short and one longer video). That’s up to 60 minutes of yoga combined targeting your specific needs and personality!
For You Yoga Videos: Within a week of our call, I will send you the 2 personalized yoga videos by email. These videos will be located on a secure site and will be password protected so that only you can access them. You will also receive a PDF list of the postures that appear in the videos so that you can practice your personalized routine even if you do not have access to your computer. And you will be able to download the videos as well to have them available to you offline FOR EVER!
For You Online Support: For the next 4 weeks through this video/web interface, I will also check in with you regularly with encouragement. If you need, I can further explain the postures or how to modify them. You will be able to post comments and questions to get my full support as a teacher.
You’ll be able to practice yoga at your own pace with the confidence to perform the poses in the best way for your body! And I’ll be there to help support and guide you along the way.

Just follow these few, simple steps to get started!
Step 1: Sign-up here to schedule your 30 minute goal-setting call with me. If you cannot find a time that works for you on my list, please send me an email and we will figure something out.
Step 2: The scheduler will direct you to pay online with either a credit card or PayPal.
Step 3: Once I receive confirmation that you scheduled a call and paid, I’ll send you an email. This email will confirm our meeting time and also direct you to a form where you can answer some basic questions about what you are hoping to receive from this package. While it is not obligatory to complete before our call, it will really help us stay focused and targeted so we can get the most out of our time together.
Step 4: Show up for the call and get excited for your personalized yoga videos!
